Usually people who talk a lot are seeking answers, in future, before you go out to meet friends, talk to yourself, say everything that you might say to your friends, then sit quietly and wait for answers, sometimes they just pop into your head, when this happens you won't feel the need to talk about those things to anyone, but beware, if you suddenly go quiet with your friends they might think something is wrong with and bombard you with their own questions but at least it's them that's doing the talking.

I don't talk enough- I'm swamped by timidity and often think things through on my own... so don't feel bad- it's a gift. Because you are so open I bet other people also find it easy to approach you.
